YES! I'm using PPC!

Hello dear friends!

Today I’ll talk to you about another great method of making money online. Is called Pay Per Click, or PPC. The concept of this earning method is that you display some ads on your website and if some of your visitors click the respective ads, you earn some money. You just have to insert a piece of code inside your website, and the ads are generated automatically. The biggest PPC ad networks are Google Ads, also known as Google Adsense and Facebook Ads. But, in the affiliate marketing industry, the best known PPC network is LeadsLeap. And I’m about to show you how you can make some money using PPC even if you don’t have a website. I’ll show you how to create a splash page and how you can promote PPC ads while you’re promoting your main business.

Let’s get started!

First of all, login into your LeadsLeap account. If you don’t have a LeadsLeap account, click on the banner below and create one

Also, check out the “LeadsLeap” section. There, you’ll find all the information you need about how to use LeadsLeap.

Once you’ve logged in, scroll down to the “Money” section and click “PPC Earnings”

Set the “Widget Type”, “Number of ads” and “Categories” as it’s shown in the picture below and click “Get Code”

Now, all you have to do is copy your widget code and paste it into your website’s code.

If you don’t have a website, you can use the PPC network too. All you have to do is to setup a splash page. A splash page is a page where you promote one or more of your products or programs. For this demonstration I’ll create a splash page which promotes three of the traffic exchange programs which I use to generate traffic to my business (check out “Spare a few bucks” section to find out more). I’m about to promote "EasyHits4U", "TrafficAdBar" and "LeadsLeap". For more information regarding traffic exchanges and how to use them in order to generate traffic for your website or splash page, just visit the specified sections.

First step is to click on “My Landing Pages”

Click on “Add a new campaign”, give your campaign a name and click “Add Now”

As you can see, your campaign was created. Now, let’s setup your page. To do this, click on “Launch Editor”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-08

On the “List Manager” box, click “No opt-in form on this page”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-09

Then, click on “Template”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-10

Here, you can choose which template you desire. I’ll use and also I recommend you to use “1-column with header” template.

Your template is now loaded. Let’s start editing it.

First, click on the picture at the top. It will load a menu on the right side. Click on the little arrow on top to shrink the menu.

Now, delete all four sections by clicking on the trash bin displayed on each of them

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-13

Now, click here on the second container, in order to load it’s menu on the right side

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-14

Repeat the procedure above. Shrink the menu and delete all the sections except the one at the top, named: “Attention! This Is A Tim”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-16

We’ll edit this section and it will become our splash page’s title. Click on the tiny arrow and expand the section

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-17

Now, edit the text. Pick a catchy title, which should get your viewer’s attention.

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-18

Now, let’s change the text’s color. Click on the “Color” menu and choose which color you like. I’ll choose black

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-19

Let’s add the programs which we promote, in this case our traffic exchange websites. First, click on “Add A Custom Code” menu. It will insert a code section below the main title section.

Click “Use Promo Tools”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-22

Click on “Banners” and then click on “468x60”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-23

It will automatically scroll down to 468x60 banners section. Choose a banner which you like (make sure the size to be 468x60), click on “Banner Code” and copy the respective code

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-24

Go back to LeadsLeap’s page builder and paste the banner’s code into the specific field

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-25

The banner should pop up. Now let’s set it up a little. First, let’s place the banner on the center of the page. To do this, click on “Middle”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-26

As you can see, the banner is above the title. To fix this, set the “Top Offset” at 80px. Now the banner should be centered and below the title.

Now repeat the procedure for the “TrafficadBar” and “LeadsLeap” banners. To get your “TrafficAdBar” banner code, login into your “TrafficAdBar” account, go to “Referring” section and scroll down until you see your 468x60 banner. The code should be right below the banner. As for “LeadsLeap” go to the “Affiliate Links And Tools” section, click on “Banners” and scroll down until you find your 468x60 banner. The code should also be right below the banner. In order to setup the banner’s position in page, center both of them as I showed you above, and set the “Top Offset” at 160px for “TrafficAdBar” banner and at 240px for “LeadsLeap” banner.

Now it’s time for you to add your PPC widget code. In order to do this, Click on the “+” menu on the left side

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-27

And choose “Special Row For Ad Widget”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-28

Your ads should now display below your banners

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-29

If you want to change the number of ads displayed, just change this option in the specified field

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-30

Now, let’s preview our splash page, to see if everything looks OK. Just click on “Preview”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-31

Your splash page should look like this:

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-32

If everything looks OK, go back to the editor and click “Save”

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-33

And you’re done! Your splash page which contains your PPC ads is created. Now it’s time for you to start promoting it. But first you’ll have to activate it. In order to do this go to “My Landing Pages” section and click on the “Switch” icon

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-34

Now your page is activated! Copy your page’s URL

yes-i'm-using-ppc-strategy-35

And add it to your main promotion sources. It could be anything from traffic exchange websites to safelists, email or social networks. And each time someone will click on one of the ads displayed on your splash page, you’ll get paid. All while you promote your products or programs. You can setup a splash page like this to promote everything you want, like an income engine. Check out the “Spare a few bucks” section and find out how you can earn some nice money using traffic exchanges.

I wish you a good day and good luck!
